The concept suggests that when we embark on the journey of time travel, whether forward or backward, we traverse only one strand, arriving at a specific point in time aligned with our aspirations. This paradigm presents time travel as a shortcut, a wormhole path cutting through the frozen events that spring to life only upon contact with our consciousness.

Yes, it is our consciousness that brings events up live. It is the observer effect. Otherwise, they are frozen in time.

Time travel, in this perspective, thus hinges on the observer effect - our consciousness acts as the catalyst, bringing events to life from their frozen state. As long as there is a physical barrier, time travel is never possible, because of the relativity effect. We have to leave our body behind to time travel and this is called Astral travel. Which we do anyways - whether knowingly or unknowingly.

The physical barrier imposed by relativity complicates the feasibility of time travel. As long as our physical form is constrained by the relativistic effects of time dilation, traditional time travel remains an elusive prospect.
