How Our Present Shapes the Past
The Quantum Theory proves the bizarre nature of reality!
According to Quantum Theory, Reality doesn't exist unless it is measured.
To put it very simply, an atom hasn't traveled from A to B unless it is measured at B. And it is again the measurement at B that defines whether it traveled as a wave or a particle.
Which means, it is a future measurement that defines the atom's past.
The future defines the past! And not the other way around.
So how you measure the NOW defines what happened in the past!
So I AM not what I am because of my past! I AM defining my past! Incredible!
It is the NOW!

Absolutely! Now let's break it down.
Imagine you have an atomic watch that only ticks when you look at it. Now, the question is whether it is the clock or you who decides the time. I mean, is it that the watch decides what time it wants to show - it could be 3 PM or 4 PM? Or does it read your mind the instant you look at it? However, the catch is that time isn't really settled until you look at it.
So, the act of checking the time (measurement) not only decides the present but also influences what time the watch was showing in the past! It's like saying, "Hey, I want to be 3 PM now," and magically, the watch decides it was 3 PM all along. Or maybe, if it is reading your mind and you were thinking 3 PM and so the watch shows 3PM.
This is the Quantum world.
In the quantum world, atoms are a bit like this watch. They don't have a definite past until you decide to check them in the present. So, in a way, you're not just discovering the past; you're shaping it with your measurements. It's like being a time-traveling detective, and the way you measure things now determines the story of what happened before.
And you and me are made of atoms. So our actions in the NOW decide how it was in the past. This is where the Quantum world differs from our classical world. In our classical world, our outcome in the NOW determines the future.
So, in reality or quantumly, you're not just a result of your past; you're actively shaping and defining your own history in the now! It's pretty mind-bending and incredible, isn't it?
