The quantum veil separates here from there and establishes the Identity. It is said that the identity can never break this veil and cross over, for if it does, it just dissolves. The physical body that gives the identity a base is a projection. It doesn't seem like an illusion to the identity. For if it does, the body would simply dissolve. So why this veil, why the identity, why an illusion as the reality.

As we ponder, it is also to relevant to know that, however, the term "quantum veil" isn't a widely used scientific concept in quantum physics, but it does point to the possibility that there's a fundamental separation between our conscious experience and the underlying physical reality.

This concept relates to ideas about dualism, the idea that here and there are two separate points or space. Rene Descartes, famously but wrongly, phrased this as "I think, therefore I am," when it should have been "I am, therefore I think" but it does serve to highlight that consciousness is the only thing we can be absolutely sure of.

Coming more closer, quantum physics proposes a link between consciousness and the collapse of the wave function, which is actually, the probabilistic state of a quantum system before it's observed. When a measurement is made, the wave function collapses into a definite state. This interpretation suggests that it is consciousness that plays a role in solidifying the probabilistic reality of the quantum world.

However, the mainstream view in physics, also tries to conveniently shrug off the role of consciousness from the realms of quantum physics.

The question of why we experience a seemingly solid reality and not the underlying quantum weirdness is a fascinating one. Our strong sense of identity just tries to provide us with a useable perception of the world, and at the sae time glosses over the fundamental physical reality.

Well, we only have pointers and theories. That's all we can so what with a double strand in the DNA and a calcified Pineal Gland, we are limited to grope about in the sensory perceptions. Our DNA being the blueprint for our physical bodies shapes our brains and nervous systems, which in turn influence our perception. It is the physical basis of consciousness. It could be that our sensory perceptions, shaped by our DNA, is likely evolved to help us survive and reproduce, and not to give us a complete picture of reality. Imagine if we were constantly bombarded with the underlying quantum weirdness – it wouldn't be very helpful for navigating the world.

And even if we do know deeper, we have to use language to try and convey these complex concepts that form in our mind and brain. Can we truly describe consciousness and our subtle experiences with words?

In spite of the limitations, we have to continue to explore and learn and understand. Even if we don't arrive at the answers, the journey of exploration itself can be a valuable experience. Right?
